Designed, Constructed, and Administered an Access advanced relational database, to track, 6000 and growing, contract management criteria, including query, forms, and report design. The database fulfils and monitors the compliance for the Office of Inspector General (OIG), the Government Services Administration (GSA), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), and the Providence Health & Services Office of Legal Affairs due diligence and bonding requirements; Wrote, implement and manage the R100.018 Contract Approval Policy, signature matrix, and forms. Educate the Alaska Region Staff on contract generation, and approval processes for the Alaska region; Built and Managed the contracting process holding the contract authors accountable and implemented a monthly expiration notification system; providing decentralized contract administration with auditable structure keeping all 20 of Providences facilities compliant with laws and regulations; And supported the Region Director of Compliance and Audit for Alaska and the Alaska Region Director of Government Affairs with administrative skills and participate in Center for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMA) Regulatory research and audit preparations annually.
