Daily Duties at Embassy Suites Hotel, Spa And Convention Center:
Managed a staff of 20+ banquet servers and bartenders daily. Staffing, set-up including decor design, coordination with the chef and kitchen staff and group and catering sales staff on a daily basis. Manager inventory of linens, props, serving ware, liquor and other beverages. Often staffed and ran multiple events at once, up to 11 simultaneous events occurring within the same facility. Events included professional conferences, trade shows, social events, military events, banquets, multiple-day conventions and more.
