Daily Duties at Ryan Homes:
To employ the sales process and the technique of Customer Centric Selling to close prospects on the purchase of a new home. The sales process is heavily consultative approach and requires extensive knowledge of the local and national real estate market, mortgage programs, existing homes and other builder competitors. Prospecting is done through phone calls, maintenance of a website, networking, realtor presentations, online and print advertising, community signage and more.
