Oversaw daily operations, management of multi-million-dollar budgets, and leadership for 70+ project team members. Led complex software development and process design for Fortune 500 clients - Computer Science Corporation - Health Division, HealthSouth, Northup-Grumman and Fidelity National (Chicago Title). Managed technical sales, cost containment, change management and optimization of resources for large software projects. Collaborated with vendors and customers to improve sales, strategies and processes. Reported status on customer issues and tasks.
