Daily Duties at Vocelli Pizza:
Responsible for site selection, acquisition and Lease negotiations for new locations and the construction, remodeling and set up and Franchiser acceptance of all stores in the franchise and corporate system. Development area included PA, MD, VA, WVA, OH, NC, SC & FL. Developed Design and Construction manual to standardize the store construction process. Opened 85 plus stores from August 2003 thru December 2009. Received Chairman’s Award for years 2004 & 2005 and Director of the Year for year 2004.
