Effectively leveraged technical experts in addressing technical issues, providing technical direction and capabilities. Participate in the evaluation and assessment of competitive products, processes, new trends that could impact the business. Support technology transfers and product launches. Lead failure investigations, complaints, non conformance, and plant change requests. Provide product leadership for all the products in the department. Worked closely with cross functional on all levels.
