Daily Duties at Ultimate Inc:
Developed engineering construction plans and manage construction projects, budgeting, planning, material ordering and selection. Responsible for overall management of maintenance and engineering functions. Directed and controlled all operational functions, resources, personnel; developed and implemented a team-based environment of employees through multiple levels on accomplishing production goals and quality standards. Manage plant in cooperation with corporate support functions including Sales, Technical Services, Tooling and Maintenance to insure maximum Gross profit and ROA. Define, recommend and implement Plant objectives. Develop specific short-term and long-range plans and programs together with supporting budget. Suggest standard procedures, practices, and policies that are appropriate. Direct preparations of manpower and facilities requirements based on sales forecasts. Evaluate project proposals or plans to ascertain time frames and funding limitations. Determine if methods and procedures for projects involved included staffing requirements and allotment of funds to various phases of the project. Maintain thorough working knowledge of the manufacturing processes for production. Identify cost reduction and participate in solutions as part of the Continuous Improvement program.
