Daily Duties at Hess:
Providing HSE Supervision for Multiple Drilling Rigs, Contractors and 3rd Party Personnel in the Bakken Oil Play. Responsibilities include the HSE Monitoring of all work activity pertaining to Drilling Operations. Working with Company Representatives, Tool Pushers and Contractors to achieve excellence in HSE. Oversight of JSA, Risk Assessments, Safety Meetings, LOTO, Hot Work, Confined Space Entry, Rig Audits, Rig Moves, Hoisting Safety, New Location Inspections, Near Miss Reporting, Incident Investigation and Reporting, Hazard Analysis, Personnel Lift and Forklift Safety, Emergency & Spill Contingency and Response, MSDS Safety. Synergy Trained. Check 6 Briefing / JSA Standards Trained. Leader of Pre Tour / Pre Job Safety Meetings and responsible for enforcement of all Operator HSE Standards and Procedures.
