Daily Duties at National Training Center (N.T.C.):
Requested by name to serve as an observer controller (OC) at the United States Army National Training Center (NTC), after recently returning from a 12-month deployment. Responsible to observe and evaluate Mortuary Affairs Operations, and capabilities making recommendations for leaders to improve Mortuary Affairs Program Operations. Shared first hand knowledge and experience with units preparing them for sustained combat operations. Set realistic training goals suggested additional measures to streamline procedures ensuring optimum efficiency and compliance with time sensitive evacuations. Ensured all safety measures were met and maintained accountability during nighttime maneuver operations, resulting in zero injuries and unit mission readiness. Commended for providing the latest industry practices and Mortuary Affairs combat operations.
