Daily Duties at Master Card International:
managed team of 8, handled high profile accounts such as JP Morgan Chase, Citibank, Bancorp, U.S. Bank and Wells Fargo. Also handled all of the smaller banks and credit unions for all 50 states. Assist the customer with the information and guidance needed to issue new credit, debit, World, Gold, Platinum cards. Also would investigate what BIN or ICA was billed if notified the billing was incorrect. Did billing, handled bank closures, closing down all of their credit card business and advising the FDIC of closure of card profiles. Licensing of new financials looking to issue instant issue cards or any type of MasterCard
