Daily Duties at Mpri:

Our team conducted counter-terrorist reconnaissance and surveillance of United States Military installations and family housing areas in Europe and conducted pre-event surveillance activities for to detect, deter and warn of any possible terrorist activities and, or attacks at conferences, conferences and, other special events attended by Commander in Chief Europe (CINCEUR) and Senior Allied Commander Europe (SACEUR), as well as other High Risk Personnel. Our team conducted day and night observation of facilities within a military garrisons area of responsibility observing perimeters and entry points for vulnerabilities that terrorists could exploit to both penetrate the perimeters to conduct internal surveillance of the facility and to find the easiest or, highest value target to attack. We would then plan attacks and document our findings in reports and briefings to the garrison's command staff as well as USAEUR HQ staff. Conducts operational reconnaissance security surveys from a terrorists’ perspective replicating terrorist planning reconnaissance and attack methodologies to assist commanders identify targets and vulnerabilities based on normal the commanders operational security practices and procedures and to verify by on-site ground verification of OSINT data and analysis of installation perimeter and security procedures. Conducts Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) Collection and Analysis to identify installations, key personnel, supporting installations, family support facilities, housing areas, etc. to survey from a terrorist’s perspective and conducted on-site ground verification of OSINT data and analysis of installation perimeter and security procedures.
