• Collaborate with a cross-departmental team including, company leadership, engagement directors, and sales to develop messaging and positioning for a range of buyer personas for niche consulting, technology and outsourcing services • Lead a cross-functional team to select a marketing automation tool and manage the agile implementation • Develop strategic marketing plan to achieve growth objectives, drive the execution including internal and external resources within budget • Plan and execute integrated marketing programs including events, webinars, content marketing, social media and digital advertising resulting in 400% increase in inbound leads • Scheduling, tracking, and managing multiple production schedules for variety of traditional and digital channels • Working with global team to identify key performance metrics and analyze effectiveness of programs
