Hired to expand and develop the digital sales element along with the print element of the advertising department. Hired, terminated, and tightened up performances in each department. Held weekly trainings. Met with advertisers to promote plans. Active in the Chamber and with the social community online and offline to promote digital footprint. Hired to promote the growth of a new region in the central coastal area of California. Met with business owners to promote the new business. Met with business organizations to advocate movement into the markets within the region. Future plans included growth and development of a team into other markets such as Las Vegas.

Market reputation and prestige of a firm may be determined through on-line research, and conversations with individuals working in your target industry. Note that firms "in the public eye" receive a great deal more critical publicity and attention than those operating with more anonymity.
