Daily Duties at Inspire Solutions:
* Managed a portfolio of projects for 40+ clients, half of which were technology projects such as e-commerce solutions, user experience enhancements, CRM sales solutions, operational efficiencies, multi-media web site integration, SEO, etc. The remaining projects related to media production, marketing, business development and planning. * Collected requirements and developed the project scope. * Facilitated project task decomposition sessions with stakeholders. * Estimated costs and developed budgets. * Sequenced tasks and identified dependencies; developed schedule using MS Project. * Managed and monitored the execution process using traditional and Agile methodologies. * Tested systems for quality and created an issue log for bug fixes. * Coordinated large-scale events.
