Daily Duties at Menlo Worldwide:

• Evaluated process effectiveness using Lean Management techniques to drive continuous improvement and increase productivity; resulting in improved loading accuracy and on-time delivery. • Increased location and overall inventory accuracy to a 99% level. • Boosted efficiency in transportation / logistics through development of more efficient accuracy processes and tracking of inventory and records control. • Developed / implemented improved warehouse procedures and operations, as well as warehouse layout, to increase overall operational efficiency and productivity. • Due to positive results in Inventory Control, earned added responsibilities including supervision of restocking department and forklift department.
