• Developed multiple Access and Excel programs, tracking bank accounts, customer exposure, and numerous activities within Enerstream Financial System. • Added users and installed updates as System Administrator for FirstWin (Bank), Risk Asset Manager (RAM), and Smartbatch 32 (Scheduler) Systems. • Created custom reports for Risk Asset Manager (RAM) viewable through Intranet for Marketing and Credit Analyst access. • Assisted in development of interfaces and data mapping and conversion as member of Enerstream Implementation Team. • Completed CCM implementation as project leader, supervising team of 8 members and finishing within 6-months and prior to deadline. • Educated individuals in Treasury Department in managing excess cash. • Promoted into newly created position as IT Business Analyst from Treasury Analyst as senior management recognized need for unique blend of credit, IT and systems experience. • Coordinated roll out of desktops and laptops for trade floor while working on desktop migration project. • Analyzed and developed solutions for technical compatibility problems between software applications. • Managed development of in-house storage model application, implementation of Maximizer Contact Management System, and design, development and implementation of legal database project. • Facilitated migration of CCM to SQL2000 platform. • Facilitated design of an interface between CCM and Endur (Risk System) so that energy traders had better information for faster decision making. • Created scripts for Netware Application Software, helping with desktop roll out.
