Daily Duties at Beeline Group:
New York South district consists of 27 concessions with two different high profile vendor partners. I manage 10-12 Merchandisers and 1 Area Manager. I follow-up with all Sales Operations, Visual Merchandising standards, Human resources routines, Partner relationships and Inventory by visit reports and tracking tools. I am also in charge of all recruitment, training, and people development.
