Daily Duties at Lextended Day:
Direct all human resources protocols, including recruiting, hiring, training, employee relations, negotiations, compensation and benefits packages. Develop and maintain an effective workforce consisting of qualified and motivated professionals. Charged with supervising, evaluating, and coaching all staff members on proper protocol, compliance, safety, curriculum development, and licensing policies. Manage and maximize efficiency of all administrative functions including billing, scheduling, enrollment, payroll, benefits, and account maintenance. Maintain consistent compliance with all applicable state licensing requirements. • Establish and promote working relationships with families, enrollees, and school administration, fostering constant communication and information exchange. • Collaborate with teachers and administrators to coordinate strategic planning, as well as lead routine staff meetings and presentations.
