After being downsized in January 2011, I have involved myself in numerous consulting projects, including: • Business development for a new retail service operation headquartered overseas, • Business sales and marketing for a local Carroll County farm, • Financial Analysis for service company client • Ongoing Commercial and Residential Property Management for several clients • Successfully marketed CSA food program, bringing in 200 customers in one year • Leasing and Property Management for the historic Market House in Annapolis, MD, • Lease Administration and analysis services, • Business consulting for a new franchise and • Recruiting services • Manage facility services for Maryland P and G facilities, won awards for performance • Creating website and Facebook pages for several clients • Grant Specialist for Community College • Maryland Real Estate Licensed Realtor
