Daily Duties at Onsite Retailers:
Manage all aspects of business for an Airport Concessions Minority Business Owner (ACDBE), including staffing retail, news and gifts, and quick service food locations at 6 Mid Atlantic airports, training personnel, oversee buyers, merchandisers and inventory. Use change management techniques to improve mystery shop scores on audits, improve revenue generation, and create efficiencies in organization. Oversee remodels of all stores, interacting with airport, landlord, and construction staff. Actively seek new business opportunities, perform due diligence and financial analysis, create proposals and manage all business development activity.
