DUAL ROLE MAJOR FUNCTIONS: Industrial Engineer - Contractor Safety/Awareness, Cost Saving, Machine Appropriations, Material Process Flow, Time studies/Intervals, Process development, Efficiency Studies, Plant Layout MAJOR FUNCTIONS: Mundy/GCX Contract Administrator – administer policies and procedures (to include expectations of on business conduct, ethics, and contracting best practices), Developed a Responsibilities – Accountabilities – Consult – and Inform (R.A.C.I.) matrix of the contracting process, developed Field Contract Administrator training program and modules, conducted Safety/Quality field audits of contractors, monitored handling of contractors to avoid co-management and co-employment, review Safety-Health-Environment (SHE) plans, assist contract buyers in renewing contracts, assist buyer in processing legal claims against contractor groups, assist buyer in qualifying new/potential suppliers to support competitive bid/reverse auction processes, monitor and evaluate cost performance against job scope – compensation schedule – and budget
