-Analyzed, Valued, and Sold a wide range of multi family properties (Class A, B, & C) throughout Philadelphia and Montgomery Counties. -Underwriting and in depth analysis of every potential deal in order to discover the best possible strategy in approaching buyers and sellers. -Responsible for creating and maintaining a meticulous database of all potential multi-family buyers and sellers within my territory of Philadelphia and Montgomery counties. -Database consisted of all contact and property information of all potential clients. -Delivered positive, effective sales presentations. -Generated listings for sales properties through cold calls and referrals. -Maintained connections with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
