Established and implement procedures for federal & state programs Loan processing/packaging Loan document preparation/underwriting Fund disbursement Scheduled & conducted loan closing Loan servicing & management Pay-out of rents to landlords Prepare monthly status reports Analyzed and improved operating procedures. Process underwriting, order title, credit report in order to prepare the appropriate Provided onsite and offsite consulting services to localities Supervised four (4) staff personnel as well as responsible for handling all office matters in the absence of the Company President.
