Daily Duties at Property Anaylsis Consulting:

Liaison between Districts Testing Labs, Architects, State of California DSA and other Construction personnel for DSA construction certification Maintain, track, and record all construction documents from initiation of construction until DSA project certification Establishing document filing, tracking, and project closeout system at construction site Assist all project managers, project inspectors, architects, school district, and DSA personnel in acquiring required construction documentation, including DSA Field Trip Notes, Special Inspector reports, and testing lab results for concrete, grout, mortar, and other construction materials Receive, input, and track project records and documents, including submittals, construction change documents (CCD), request for information (RFI), architects supplemental information (ASI), meeting minutes, plans, etc. Assist Construction personnel on follow-up, tracking, and completion of outstanding open punch items, including DSA and construction code compliance issues Create and maintain project spreadsheets detailing status of all construction projects, including changes in construction costs, required construction documents, and quality control review. • Preparation of quality assurance and closeout reports demonstrating compliance with DSA closeout regulations, for District records • Upon construction completion, receive, track, and process all DSA Verified Reports from Project Inspector, Contractor, Special Inspectors, Architect, and Engineer and submit to DSA • Coordinate of deliverables to District, DSA, and Architect • Post-construction assistance in obtaining DSA certification of completed construction projects, for construction projects closed without certification
