Daily Duties at Office Depot Corporate:
• Negotiate contracts with strategic partners, plan and open 15 new markets in 12 states within the time span of eight months. • Supervisory and decision-making responsibility for 22 states. • Plan, implement and manage various programs, including the Feet on the Street Program, Integrated Account Management and Commission Programs. • Advice strategic partners and implement strategic initiatives for the BSD Division. • Define goals and objectives at supervisory level and monitor performance. • Manage finances to ensure an efficient and cost effective operation. • Supervise projects in sales, marketing, human resources and support new and existing partner relationships. • Develop strategies to drive revenues across all channels including multiple pilots and ongoing sales programs. • Analyze trends in call patterns, product variability, turnover and hiring. • Manage real time data for the day to day results in quality, operating performance and program enhancement. • Develop training plans that ensure maximum reach while maintaining key performance and loss prevention.
