• Negotiate contracts and supervise distribution, delivery and customer service. • Design, supervise and manage all organizational strategic initiatives. • Plan and develop effective processes to improve performance across the organization • Gather and organize information on problems of process, human capacity and training • Supervise program planning, forecasting and monitoring to ensure efficiency • Analyze data gathered and develop solutions and methods of proceeding. • Confer with CEO and senior management to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems and strategic procedures. • Develop and implement records management program for filing, protection, and retrieval of records, and assure compliance of codes • Review reports and confer with senior management and users about format, distribution, and purpose, and to identify problems and recommend improvements. • Document findings of study and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes. • Interview personnel and conduct on-site and field observation to ascertain unit functions, work performed, and methods, equipment, and personnel used. • Prepare manuals and train workers in use of new forms, reports, process, procedures or equipment, according to organizational policy.
