• Learned all aspects of Commercial Real Estate (relationship building, leasing, zoning, title record analysis, sales and development) from the Managing Partner of a top-tier Indianapolis commercial real estate firm including many one on one training sessions. • Negotiated a wide range of commercial real estate deals with wealthy individuals/corporations. • Vetted/modified leases on properties throughout the Midwest, determining rate changes, tenant responsibilities, CAM and tenant owed. Explained various aspects of current leases to lessees. • Charged with selection of 16 new branch sites for a large regional bank client, performing analysis/projections for each site and presenting findings to bank executives/leadership team. • Coordinated closing procedures on various transactions with various title companies. • Met with City/County officials regarding most profitable and acceptable use of 700+ acres of the fastest growing county in Indiana. • Vetted multi-million dollar purchase agreement regarding construction of Wal-Mart Superstore and out-lots. • Laid the groundwork for 300-unit storage facility, performing detailed market analysis and calculating pro forma financial data/ROI.
