• Acted as a liaison between centralized human resources and campus leaders for all hiring, staffing and employee relations activities. • Provided project management and process improvement support for the campus transition from traditional accreditation to a continuous readiness model for Joint Commission accreditation and Malcolm Baldridge Award application. • Managed hospital events, including fundraising, employee recognition and community activities. Planned and facilitated new hire orientation for the campus. • Acted as a liaison between the executive office and outside entities; building effective relationships with senior leadership of partner organizations, vendors and the community; resolving patient issues.
