Daily Duties at Aetna, Inc.:

As a Senior Informatics Consultant, I provided expert guidance, support, and reports to companies with self-funded Health Care Plan contracts providing success in obtaining contracts for growth of the Company. Contracts had to be specific to meet precise requirements, budget restraints, as well as comply with Federal and State Guidelines which required direct interaction with clients and colleagues. I was personally chosen to provide monthly quality control reports for the Account Managers detailing errors and omissions putting the Plan at risk to promote credibility of the Company. I drafted Individualized Plan documents that detailed coverage, benefits and guidance information for Plan members.
