I started out in a Nurse Medical Risk Advisor position and was quickly promoted within one year to a Senior Nurse Medical Risk Advisor of a four-person Medical Risk Advisor team conceived for evaluating medical risk in support of annual renewals of existing Coventry Health Care group policy holders. I was spearheaded for correlating medical history with appropriate debits based on Company and nationally-observed actuarial standards making the Company set apart in a positive light from its competitors. I was selected from our team to respond to all special requests from our Underwriters and assign any needed responsibilities to my peers. I was promoted to be conceived for researching new and old medications to maintain accurate debits for quarterly Field Manual updates in order to keep debits up to date for the Company’s success. I received a spot bonus for exceptional work as well as annual bonuses at top level status.
