Office support to Regional Claims Manager and over twenty (20) Claims Representatives in a fast paced, time demanding environment. Duties included preparation of monthly reports, attendance calendars, weekly time sheets, create and distribute memos to legal team, transcribe and edit correspondences to the Department of Insurance, data entry input, order supplies and forms, screen/direct incoming telephone calls, handle confidential information and claim files.
