Assumed responsibilities as Regional Vice President with oversight of 100 employees with teams in Chicago, Cleveland and St. Paul with expectations to drive increase Revenue and EBDITA and compliance and employee satisfaction in the Cleveland office. Financial targets- Revenue of $14.8 and EBDITA of $5.5m. Earned the #1 RVP position over 5 individuals in the same role based on percentage of Revenue and EBDITA achieved. Designed new dialer technology and strategies that were implemented across other regions to improve agent performance and achieve financial targets.
