Daily Duties at Transworld Systems:

Responsible for the Operations of 300 FTE located domestically and internationally in multiple locations. Provide Accounts Receivable Management for 3 Lines of Business with revenue target of $48m and EBDITA target of $20m. Work collaboratively with regional vice presidents and optimization manager to understand areas of opportunities, utilizing metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve agent performance and exceed financial targets. Serve as project manager, in charge of providing updates and progress on daily and monthly revenue performance, pending projects, and regulatory issues. Acquire status on pending hiring requisitions and resolve open issues or pending cases by working closely with the Human Resource Department. Drive significant efforts toward the creation of a new dialer technology in alignment with compliance requirements and financial target achievement. Manage a client-centric organization along with leadership and agent training programs.
