Daily Duties at Cerner Corporation:
• Sr. Project Manager for Saint Barnabas Healthcare System in New Jersey deployed through Cerner’s Solutions Center model; consisting of a 6 facility, 3000 bed rollout of CPOE in the ED, Pharmacy, Laboratory (Micro, Blood bank, Gen Lab) PowerChart. In 2008 became the Lead Project Manager on the Client side and lead them to a successful conversion in June 2009. • Lead Cerner Sr. Engagement leader for Northern Michigan Hospital in Petoskey, Michigan that deployed CPOE nursing orders, Clinical Adoption/workflow, centralized Registration house-wide • Served as lead Cerner Engagement Leader for Olathe Medical Center in Olathe, KS, which implemented their project through Cerner’s Solutions Center model. This single facility project was a successful deployment of nursing orders house wide and online documentation and Radiology Lead Sr. Engagement Leader for Truman Medical Center in Kansas City, MO. This project successfully deployed through Cerner’s Solutions Center model encompassing a full laboratory suite (AP, MICRO, BBT, Gen Lab) and Pharmacy Migration from Cerner Classic to Cerner Millennium
