• Developed and implemented a Project Management Office (PMO) with T-Systems, resulting in a successful, standardized methodology for effective and meaningful project plans, status reporting, communication structure both internal and external with clients • Lead consultant for a multi-facility Cerner FirstNet (Emergency Department) project deployment with Barnabas Health • Assisted in development of Barnabas Health PMO setup to standardize across 7 hospitals, project alignment with industry, state and federal initiatives, including meaningful use, progress tracking, prioritization, budget and staffing requirements, RFP guidelines and overall executive dashboards
