Daily Duties at Accenture:
>Responsible for global service delivery on a large HR BPO contract with a Fortune 200 health and hygiene company. ->That engagement won the 2008 HROA Industry Award for “Large Market Relationship of the Year”. ->Managed a team of 130 service delivery professionals which currently is around 80 post stabilization and CTS.initiatives. ->Playing an Active role as a Functional and Soution Architect in the HRO and RPO space. ->Currently engaged as a Talent Acquisition Lead for a RPO contract where annual hiring number is about 10,000. ->Working on Talent Management Strategies from a global perspective. ->Constantly engaged with clients to drive more value for the client with new and innovative methods of Recruitment. -> Key contributor in RPO deals across the globe. -> Working with key technologies and Analytics to drive Talent Acquisition Strategies. -> Working as a Key Account Lead for HRO/RPO accounts
