Successfully directed an 86-bed long-term care facility, overseeing and producing the annual budget. Recruit, hire, train and evaluate a top performing nursing facility staff. Ensure full adherence to all company policies and state/federal regulations. Manage all aspects of state and federal survey process. Enforce and monitor HIPPA guidelines. Plan, implement, evaluate and direct all of the facility’s programs and operations. Review, update and modify procedures on a regular basis according to company policy and compliance. • Improved employee satisfaction by introducing and implementing a new employee recognition program. • Increased census above budget and maintained during employment. • Cleared all state tags under desk review or by 1st revisit.
