Daily Duties at Kaiser Permanente:
Managed training and testing teams with responsibility for the design, development, and delivery of core business system and professional development courses, as well as development and execution of user acceptance test cases. • Recruited, hired, trained, and managed performance of staff of up to 22 FTEs and contractors • Led training activities for 5000+ staff and physicians in the implementation of $125M electronic medical records system (Epic suite of applications) • Provided oversight of learning management system (LMS) including administration of 800 regional instructor-led and e-Learning courses, transcripts, reporting, and production support • Coached and mentored new educators in facilitation, adult learning theory, ADDIE model, Six Disciplines of Breakthrough Learning, and Kirkpatrick levels • Led the successful efforts to establish standardized trainer competencies to support high quality, effective training • Performed vendor evaluation, selection, and purchase of software, equipment, and support resources
