Daily Duties at Electronic Data Systems (Eds):
Directed all aspects of client relationships, including C-Level and Business to Business sales. Responsible for operations within the Help Desk, Data Center, Network Operations Center, Telecommunications Team, LAN - WAN and Unix Teams, Field Services and Application Teams in support of 600+ retail stores and 5,000 banking centers, corporate infrastructure and 5 warehouse facilities. Worked with matrix support organizations to ensured delivery of services at or above Service Level Agreements (SLA’s). Coordinate efforts with leveraged support teams and the customer to transition Data Centers and Help Desk roles to Greenville, South Carolina, Calgary, Canada and Pune, India. Resolve all escalated operational and technical issues. Manage budget of $300M for the life of the contract; accountable for reducing expenses or increasing revenue by 3% annually. Coordinate and deliver presentations at weekly operations meetings, bi-weekly governance meetings and performance review sessions with the client. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline operations and eliminate inefficiencies. Conduct and track trend analyses. Document and determine solutions for resolving fault areas
