Daily Duties at Intergrated Technology Group (Itg) :
Responsible for end to end delivery of IT services to 225 individual accounts within central Virginia. Developed and implemented ITIL processes for the entire support structure. Improved PMO processes to allow for a complete project life cycle, which improved profitability and customer satisfaction by 40%. Implemented tiered and towered support structure, allowing for improved reaction times and increased resolution rates by 23%. Initiated and developed an internship program with local colleges, improving candidate pool and ITG branding. Improved incident capturing to show a complete view for problem management. Leading RCA meetings and processes, which has led to a reduction in incidents by 5%. Currently assisting C-Level management with developing strategies for the next 5 years, which includes improving account management, developing staffing models, and marketing campaigns for increased growth and internal SLA improvements.
