Daily Duties at Northern Duthcess Hospital:

This position allows me to refine my multitasking skills while honing in on my medical knowledge and comprehension to complete various tasks as a unit secretary. Daily tasks include calling various medical facilities to ensure proper patient transfers, verify physician consults and medical orders, manage and keep record of patient admissions and discharges for the particular unit I service at Northern Dutchess Hospital. And finally, I maintain a professional and friendly composure while juggling these tasks as well as other miscellaneous tasks all simultaneously to provide a comfortable work environment for my colleagues, patients, hospital guests and myself.
