Daily Duties at Arcos Dorados Caribbean Division:

Executed the Human Resources Business plan and supported the development of Strategy for eight markets in the Caribbean area. Accomplished 100% implementation of all HR processes, which included recruitment campaigns, flow chart processes, employee’s satisfaction surveys, and standardization of the compensation scale and recognition programs among others. Provided support to the Operations team, Regional Staff, and Owner/Operators on all HR systems and assisted in implementing HR strategies that drive business results. - Responsible staff recruitment process and facilities administration. - Accountable for all top management recruitment and relocation process. - Accountable of managing the HR department’s budget. Making savings by the year-end close up to 12%. - Created a Training and Development program for Staff employees in PR. Achieving 92% of their total participation. Provided training and development for key customers on HR policies, practices, and systems to achieve self-sufficiency and shared accountability. - Accountable for the compensation & benefit structure for all Staff in PR, DWI, and USVI markets.
