Led the start-up process & opening of Arcos Dorados’ 20th market. Accountable for the selection, training and development of the management teams for three new restaurants. - Successfully accomplished the start-up and opening of three McDonald’s restaurants in a period of three months having them fully operational and according to standards. - Responsible of the selection and recruitment process of the management team for all three stores. - Maintained Manager’s turnover at 0% during the first 10 months with staff, and managers and a 40% turnover of crew members. - Established processes and developed guidelines for Operations personnel. - Represented the company’s interest in the local market by establishing critical partnerships with high level industry leaders such as government key executives. - Supported on-going future business plans to secure the Cash Margin, PAC, SOI of McDonald’s Restaurants, and G&A of the Trinidad Market.
