Total number of employees: 5 staff members, 5 store managers, 32 assistant managers, and 275 restaurant employees. - Provided support, leadership, and guidelines to the operational structure. - Improved more than 10% of the operational standards measured by the Mystery Shopper Visits. - Improved gross margin by 4% by reducing operational cost in more than 6%, and increasing consolidated sales in 5.8%. - Ensured that 2013 business goals were met based on targets. Responsible for the analysis, planning, improvement of 2% of Cash Margin, and execution of the 31Q Plan for 2014.
