Daily Duties at Air Defense Battery, 3d Armored Cavalry Regiment, Us Army:
Commander of the largest separate short range air defense artillery battery in the US Army supporting an Armored Cavalry Regiment of 8,300 soldiers in the Al Anbar region of Iraq. Responsible for the training, morale and welfare of 192 soldiers and their families. Responsible for managing the maintenance, accountability and combat readiness of a battery composed of three Bradley Stinger Fighting Vehicle Platoons, two Avenger Platoons, one Sentinel Radar Platoon and a Headquarters Platoon during combat operations.
