Bring emotional support to individuals with special needs and their families by engaging them to live their lives fully to the best of their abilities through support and facilitation of patients’ developmental needs, as well as family wellbeing.Prevent deterioration in patients' conditions through activities to maintain their proficiency, and through patient and family education. Design and implement bed sores prevention, and tracheotomy and gastronomy infections. Collaborate with appropriate specialists and administration. Perform patients and families’ education on prevention, disease management, and emergency preparedness and response. Perform interdisciplinary communication, and patients’ care coordination.
