Daily Duties at Cedc:

Oversee daily operations of 150-unit tax credit senior property including preparation of annual budgets, rent collection, accounting records 11 types of reports, annual re-certifications, waiting list, and marketing. Supervise staff of three employees and conduct performance evaluations. Trained other property managers in marketing and leasing.
