Daily Duties at Bauer Welding And Metal Fabricators, Inc.:
Responsible for establishing, planning, and execution of all strategic and tactical operations Direct: Engineering; Customer Service; Production Control; Materials Management; Quality; Purchasing and Manufacturing Operations consisting of 15 Salary and 75 hourly employees. Manage Supply Chain from Tier II vendors to Tier I-II Customers. Manage the organizational talent through performance management, succession planning and development. Design and implement and monitor processes by which team and individual performance are recognized, feedback is consistently delivered and performance is systematically improved. Responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to established practices and policies (federal, state, region and country).
