Commercial Manager and Senior Relationship Manager – Player/Coach focusing on new business production along with the monitoring and review of the existing Colorado commercial portfolio. New loan production consisted of Commercial & Industrial (C&I) loans and leases. Personally generated $33.2 million in new C&I production in 2012 and referred four new credit relationships to direct reports. Had $1 million of credit approval authority and was responsible managing a team of six (6) commercial lenders and three (3) lending assistance. Personal portfolio consisted of clients in health care, transportation, manufacturing, energy along with financial services within the state of Colorado. Personally implemented the Colorado prospect profile and tracking database. Client and prospect profile - annual revenues between $5,000,000 and $50,000,000 with a minimum credit need of $1,000,000.
