Daily Duties at Fts International:
Team Lead-Managing four buyers who were responsible for daily operations purchasing and project purchasing and Central Procurement activities. Managed a $43MM capital budget comparing actuals to budget. Performing various analysis and reporting on companies inventory and finding ways to utilized inventory on hand before purchasing new items.
